Samantha Pennini, Co-Commissioner and 2030 Head Coach
Samantha was a four-year varsity starter on the Calvert High School Girls Lacrosse team for the2003-2006 seasons. Earned All-SMAC and Washington Post All-Extra selections three of the four years with an honorable mention freshman year (2003). She played on the first lacrosse team, boys or girls, from SMAC to win a regional title and advance to the state tournament in 2004.Samantha also played club lacrosse with CC Lax. After graduating high school in 2006, she coached the middle school girls lacrosse team at the Calverton School and a middies (5th and 6th grade) recreational team for two years, while also serving as a girls lacrosse official for HS games at the time. Samantha attended college and played club lacrosse at Salisbury University in 2009 and 2010. Since then, she has been coaching local Calvert County girls lacrosse, where she currently lives in Prince Frederick with her husband and 3 kids (Caroline, Easton, and Leo).
